By accessing and using the Addex platform, website (addex.co.za), and mobile application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
Addex reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Definitions
"Addex" refers to the Addex advertising platform, including the website and mobile applications.
"User" refers to any individual who downloads and uses the Addex mobile application.
"Advertiser" refers to any business or entity that registers to advertise on the Addex platform.
"Service" refers to the Addex platform, including all features, content, and functionality.
User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Advertiser Terms
Businesses registering on Addex agree to provide accurate business information and comply with all applicable advertising laws and regulations in South Africa.
Addex offers the following pricing: Free business listings, National Visibility at R300/month, and campaign advertising at R10 CPM (cost per 1,000 impressions). Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.
Advertisers may cancel their subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts required.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Post misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Distribute malware or engage in any activity that harms the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
Intellectual Property
The Addex platform, including its design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Addex and is protected by South African intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Addex provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Addex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
